Before confirming an order please make sure that you have read, understood and agree to the General Sales Conditions.
a. Choosing a product: Using the online catalogue is quick and easy. By clicking on the Product page you have can view the various models available to purchase in the KiWAMi collection. Click on an image to bring up the information page on that particular model. When you see a model that you would like to purchase, select your size, the colour and quantity, and then click on « Add to my shopping cart ».
b. Continuing to Purchase: Follow the same steps for each model you would like to purchase.
c. Checking Out: a. to pay for your order click on « my Shopping Cart » and fill in the required information : name ; delivery and invoicing addresses ; email address ; telephone number ; credit card number, expiry date and cryptogram (the last 3 digits on the signature panel at the back of your card). The information you provide remains private and secure. KiWAMi does not have access to your credit card details.

d. Confirmation of your Order: Whenever you make an online purchase you will recieve an email confirming the order. This email contains your order number and the details of your order. The email does not contrain any confidential information. Please keep the email as reference for any correspondance related to the order.
